Coffeebrewer to coś na zasadzie jednorazowego czajnika. Cały proces parzenia odbywa się wewnątrz papierowej torebki. W torebce, w środku znajduje się filtr z 26 gramami świeżej kawy. Aby zaparzyć trzy filiżanki kawy wystarczy otworzyć torebkę i zalać jej zawartość 1/2 litra wrzącej wody i pozostawić na 5-9 minut.
Świeżo palona kawa z filtra smakuje bardzo dobrze. Coffeebrewer to połączenie ekspresu przelewowego z prasą francuską. Miejsce w samym dnie torebki umożliwia zgromadzenie się gorącej kawy i w ten sposób uzyskuje się jej maksymalny aromat i smak. Filtr skutecznie oddziela parzoną kawę zgromadzoną w podstawie opakowania. Także po wlaniu połowy kawa cały czas będzie pod filtrem co oznacza, że nie przejdzie gorzkim smakiem jak w prasie francuskiej. Jeśli lubimy kawę słabszą wystarczy parzyć ją do 5 minut, jeśli mocny, konkretny smak – parzymy ją do 9 minut.
Cena za jedną torebkę wynosi ok 13 zł. Oferta skierowana jest przede wszystkim do hoteli i sprzedawców detalicznych. Niestety produkt na razie nie jest dostępny w Polsce, nawet w formie wysyłkowej. Można go nabyć na przykład w naszych sąsiadów – Niemców, Czechów i Słowaków.
